Actually
we produce more than 80 PASTA shapes and 20 different kinds of SPECIAL
PASTA shapes (with mushroom, smoked salmon, black of cuttle, etc.),
a lot of EGG PASTA shapes. We much care about the bacteriological
pureness of our products that is granted by a pasteurization method
that eliminates al the bacterial charges in the pasta, that is slowly
dried by a very low temperature to be as natural as possible to
give special prominence to the true taste of pasta.
