Ingredients for 4 Persons

oz. av. (500 g) of Bavette ai Funghi Porcini,
2 ladles of tomato-sauce,
07 oz. av. butter, 7 oz. av. of cream,
1.8 oz. av. ham (in little pieces),
3.5 oz. av. already clean rocket
4 leaves of basil
3.5 oz. av. mixed grated pecorino cheese
(50% pecorino - 50% parmesan cheese)
1.8 oz. av. cooked mushrooms.

Let
pasta cook. In a holding frying-pan put butter, the little pieces
of ham, a portion of the rocket (to cut it in little pieces) and,
then, fry the whole, watering it (occasionally) with white wine.
After all, add cream tomato-sauce, already strained pasta the remaining
rocket the basil and the mixed cheese.
Brown an serve.
